On Thursday, December 21st, 2017 I proposed to the love of my life atop Haytor, high on the windswept expanse of Dartmoor.
It was a chilly, damp and windy solstice, but the moors were still beautiful. The climb up Haytor was a bit slippery, but we were rewarded at the top by a break in the misting rain, a brief glimpse of sunshine and a perfect moment to ask the question.
This year will mark the beginning of our life together. We want to share this journey with those we love, starting with a weekend of adventures and a celebration of our engagement in Exeter from the 23rd through the 26th of August, 2018.
